Ian joined Venrock in 2017 and currently serves as Director of Finance, Funds. As part of the Venrock Finance team, he plays a key role in financial reporting as well as in day-to-day finance and accounting matters for Venrock’s investment partnerships. Prior to Venrock, Ian started his career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose where he was a part of the Life Sciences, Healthcare and Venture Capital market team.

 

Ian is an actively licensed California Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received his B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
