As an investor, Morgan is focused on technology companies that intersect extensively with the public sector, especially in the essential national security, public safety, and critical infrastructure verticals.

 

Morgan most recently led the sales, marketing, and operations teams as Head of Growth at Peregrine Technologies, a data integration platform for state and local government agencies. Previously, Morgan served as Senior Director of Global Operations and Strategic Partnerships at Dataminr.

 

A New York native, Morgan was a senior analyst in the NYPD’s Counterterrorism Bureau. She is a US Navy reservist and has served overseas in support of Special Operations across the Indo-Pacific and the Middle East. Her service includes a key role in the recovery of thousands of Americans during the fall of Kabul in 2021. In her reserve capacity, Morgan serves in support of the Naval Special Warfare Command’s Innovation Directorate.

 

Morgan began her career in finance, benefiting from the experience she gained as a graduate fellow at CNN and as a summer associate at The Scowcroft Group where she focused on geopolitical consulting.
